Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be seen by our customers available in our website itself.

Cancellation Policy

marvelbatteries.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

• There is no cancellation or Refund possible if the customer has used to redeem from the points in their Wallets.

• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the marvelbatteries.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, New Year’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

• marvelbatteries.com does not accept cancellation requests for Payment Made Online using Credit cards & EMI on Credit cards options using our Payment Gateway .Since our Payment Gateway Service Provider will deduct the MDR/TDR and send the Balance Amount to our bank account , However, Refund can be made if the customer Accepts the deductions of TDR/MDR by the Payment Gateway Provider (2.5 % for Credit cards & 4% on Wallets)

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like Inverters,Batteries,trolleys etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of the products.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them using respective manufacturers customer care number..

Refund Policy

When you buy products/services,using our Online Payment Gateway. After the Order is cancelled and initiated for an Refund request, we will cheerfully issue a refund after deducting the MDR/TDR deduction charges levied by the Payment gateway/Bank.. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within (1) days of your purchase because after the Invoice bill is generated the goods Can’t be Returned or Exchanged or Cancelled.

Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and after Tax invoice bill generated, shipped or delivered.

Refunds are being processed within 30 days period to the Bank account number provided by the customer, via NEFT, after the Customer has requested for Refund from his registered email address. After adjusting any bank charges if any*
