Warranty Terms & Conditions:
1. It is Mandatory to Register your product Online at www.marvelbatteries.com/warranty
2. Once the Ticket number is Raised, our Service team will contact you within 24 Hours on Working day.
3. Physical Damages/Fire Damaged Batteries will Not be Covered Under Warranty.
4. Battery Over Charging will Not be Covered Under Warranty.
5. Battery Wilful Abuse / Wrong Fitment/Under capacity Fitment will Not be Covered Under Warranty.
6. Deep Discharged Battery (battery OCV Below 10 volts) Will Not be Covered Under warranty, Battery needs Recharging and will be Billed Extra Payable by the Customer.
7. Warranty will be Rejected if the battery is found Without Electrolyte.
8. Battery with Specific Gravity Above 1.300 sp.Gr is Considered as Battery Over-Charged and Warranty will be Rejected.
9. Battery Terminals Corrosion/Sulphation Will Not be Covered Under Warranty, Cleaning the Battery terminals and apply Petroleum Jelly comes under battery maintenance .
10. Battery Terminals Damaged due to Short circuit or Sulphation Will Not be Covered under Warranty.
11. FoC warranty is Free of Cost Replacement Warranty against the Defective Battery & Pro-Rata Warranty is Discounted Warranty on Prevailing MRP according to the warranty Slab.
12. When Foc Battery is Issued under Warranty, The Original Date of Sale is Applicable for Further Warranty on the New Battery Replaced, Its is Not from the Date of New battery Issued under Warranty.
13. Defective Battery has to be given to the dealer along with Claim form for Warranty Claim Purpose and 4-5 Working days is necessary for Processing.
14. Battery will be Tested at : 12.50Volts & Specific Gravity:1.250 ,To Obtain Result, Marvel batteries Pvt Ltd has the Final Authority for any Warranty Decisions.
