Terms & Condition
1. At the Time of Delivery , Customers are Requested to Check the Manufacturing Month - Year, The Product they have Placed their Order and the product Received are Same
2. During Transportation Lead-Acid batteries may Leak , Customers can Top-up with Distilled water and Clean the Top of the Battery by their own*(Regular Battery Maintenance)
3. At the Time of Product Delivery The Customer will Receive GST Invoice Bill,Which cannot be Modified or cancelled, As Good Once sold cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
4. Please Get the Original Invoice Bill with Product Serial Numbers & Warranty cards for Future Warranty Claims.
5. Incase of Refunds for Cancelling Order Placed Using Credit cards will attract Payment Gateway Charges of 2.5% +GST, Customer will Get Refund after this value Deducted and Refund amount will be Credited to the Customer’s bank Account Number Shored from his Registered Email id.
6. Old Battery Exchange Should be the Same Capacity/AH of New Battery Purchased/ordered
7. Its Customer’s Responsibility to Remove and Hand-over the Old Battery to our Delivery Person at the Time of Delivery.
8. If the Order id Placed using COD- The Customer has to Make Payment Before the Delivery/Installation of the Product.
9. Free Delivery is Applicable only within 10 KMS Radius of the Ordered City-limits., After that Rs.50/Km as Transportation Charges Applicable as Extra
10. Unloading Charges Will be Applicable if the Customer is Above First floor or without an Lift Facility in his Building, as the product weighs cant be lifted by single person
11. Fitting Charges in Two Wheeler/Four Wheeler Batteries Extra Applicable, For Two wheeler Battery – Rs.150/- For Four Wheeler Battery—Rs.250/-
12. In case of Inverter battery, Separate/dedicated UPS Electrical Wiring (PlugNPlay)should be made Available for Free Installation**
13. For Solar/ Online UPS & SMF Batteries – Standard Installation Charges Applicable.
14. All Products Sold in our Online-store are Branded and Warranty Terms Solely Manufacturer Decision only** (Login Toll-Free Customer Care)
